Save Your Credentials

Note Your Demo Account Number and Trading Password From the Confirmation Email

As soon as your demo account opens, JustMarkets sends a confirmation email with your demo account number (a numeric ID, not your email address) and a trading password. You will need both of these to log in to MetaTrader 4 or MT5.

  • ✓Account number: A numeric ID (e.g. 1234567) — this is your login ID in MT4/MT5, not your email
  • ✓Trading password: Auto-generated or set during demo setup — used to connect the platform to your account
  • ✓Server name: The JustMarkets server you must select in MT4/MT5 — shown in your Personal Area under account details
Save these now: If you lose your trading password, you can reset it from your Personal Area → Accounts → the three-dot menu next to your demo account → Change Password. You cannot recover a lost password — only reset it.
