How to Log In to JustMarkets MetaTrader 4 — Exact Steps
On desktop. On mobile, tap the three-line menu or account icon in the top right corner.
This is the numeric trading ID — not your email address. It was sent to your email when the trading account was created. Also visible in your Personal Area under Accounts.
This is the trading password from the credentials email. Different from your Personal Area password. If forgotten, reset it in Personal Area → Accounts → Change Password.
Click the server dropdown and type 'JustMarkets' in the search box. A list of JustMarkets servers appears. Select the one matching your Personal Area account details — typically 'JustMarkets-Live' or 'JustMarkets-Live2'.
MT4 connects and displays your account balance, open positions, and full instrument list. Connection may take 5–10 seconds.

Charting and technical analysis
MT4 provides 9 timeframes: M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, and MN1. You can display multiple charts simultaneously — one for each currency pair or timeframe. In MT4: File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 → Experts. Copy your .ex4 file here.
After placing the file: right-click in the Navigator panel (left side) → Refresh. Your EA appears under Expert Advisors.
Drag the EA from Navigator onto the chart of the instrument you want to trade. A settings window appears.
Set your EA parameters, allow live trading in the settings, and ensure the auto-trading button (top toolbar) is enabled in green. The EA is now running.
JustMarkets MT4 Web Trader — Trade Without Downloading
The MT4 Web Trader allows you to access your JustMarkets account from any browser on any device — Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux, Chromebook — without installing the MT4 application. Log in using your account number, trading password, and select your JustMarkets server.
Web Trader includes the core MT4 functionality: charts, one-click trading, open/close positions, and basic order management. It does not support Expert Advisors or custom indicators — for EA trading, the desktop version is required.
